URETHANE CASTING

Urethane Casting, also known as RTV Casting (Room Temperature Vulcanization), is the process of pouring urethane and catalyzing agents in a silicone mold to cast parts.  Our urethane casting service is very effective for short-to-medium run applications requiring moderate durability approaching thermoplastics

INVESTMENT CASTING

Investment casting (a.k.a lost wax casting) is the process of pouring metal into a ceramic or plaster mold.  For metal parts requiring intricate features (e.g., jewelry, medical), our investment casting service can be an effective option.

SILICONE CASTING

Silicone Casting involves the fabrication of tools with custom designed cavities, into which silicone can be poured.  Our silicone casting service is very effective for short-to-medium run applications requiring the material characteristics of silicone, including such features as flexibility or biocompatibility

SAND CASTING

Sand casting is the process of pouring molten metal into a mold made of sand or similar materials.  For larger metal parts that do not require particularly smooth surface finishes or extreme tolerances, our sand casting service can be an effective option.
