Whatever Your Application, ProdEX Technologies Have You Covered
More Available Technologies in One Place
At 3Diligent, we have built your neighborhood machine shop in the cloud. With a wide range of technologies and materials from which to choose, we deliver custom parts on-time and to-spec for fair prices through our secure online portal.
We can do more for you than your typical local machine shop. By networking machine shops everywhere, we can give you the power of a full-contract manufacturing solution when you want it, and the affordability and convenience of a nearby machine shop when you don’t. We offer a variety of manufacturing technologies including 3D printing, CNC machining, casting, and injection molding.
We are committed to providing the highest levels of quality and the highest levels of customer service. That means delivering great parts on time, every time.

3D PRINTING
Ideal for rapid iteration of product designs, custom tooling, replacement parts, or production runs of highly customized and complex parts. Our 3D printing services include extrusion, powder bed fusion, vat photopolymerization, material jetting, binder jetting, sheet lamination, and directed-energy deposition.

MACHINING
Highly accurate and precise, CNC machining is an optimal method for projects with very tight tolerances and moderate quantities. Our CNC machining services include multi-axis platforms across a range of milling, turning, routing, boring, braiding, and EDM.

Casting
Our casting service is perfect for moderate volumes in the dozens to hundreds of units, offering urethane (RTV), silicone, and metal (sand and investment) casting options.

FORMING
Making metal or plastic parts by mechanically deforming stock materials allows for rapidly producing a variety of main and auxiliary components

INJECTION MOLDING
Capable of producing parts at the highest upfront, but with the lowest variable cost, our injection-molding solution suits large volume orders across a range of plastics and resins.

FINISHING AND INSPECTION
We offer a variety of post-processing options to provide to-spec parts with high-quality surface finishes. Finishing options include non-destructive inspection, abrasive blast, peening, hand sanding, and polishing.

Cutting
Similar to the subtractive manufacturing nature of machining, cutting tools give clearance angles to the workpiece to avoid dragging or catching the material.

PUNCHING
Punching technologies create holes in the workpiece with a tool and die made of tungsten carbide or similarly tough metal.

Welding
Welding is a process in which two or more metal, thermoplastic, or wood parts are attached to one another through the application of heat, pressure, or both.

Working
The forging process shapes metal through hammering, pressing, or rolling; often with a hammer or die. Current forging technologies are categorized into cold, warm, or hot forging.
3Diligent has supported hundreds of companies in providing digital-manufacturing solutions for their most challenging project needs.
