Sand Binder Jetting Service
Binder jetting (sand) service offers a 3D printing process that involves building the layers of a part by selectively applying an adhesive to a powder bed. The powder bed then descends one layer in height, followed by a roll of fresh powder evenly spread on a new layer over the part. After the shape of the part is printed, the part (now in the green state) will typically undergo some sort of post-processing to make it stronger, commonly baked in a kiln. In the case of sand binder jetting, the sand powder binds to itself to form a superior integral bond.
