Press Brake Forming Service
Press brake forming is a machine process that uses precision bending techniques on materials, such as sheet metal, along a straight axis to create a V shape, U shape, or channel shape.
Air bending uses less force than other types of press brake forming and is the most common type of industrial press braking process. In this method, three-point bending is performed and the angle of the bend is dictated by how far the punch tip penetrates the V cavity. To achieve greater angles, the punch tip is forced deeper.
