3Diligent Materials

Our Range of Digital Manufacturing Materials

3Diligent has supported hundreds of companies in providing digital manufacturing solutions for their most challenging project needs.  If you're interested in experiencing the power of our digital manufacturing solution firsthand, submit an RFQ through our secure portal, or shoot us an email detailing a few of the specifics of your project and we'll be in touch.

Materials for Every Digital Manufacturing Application

3Diligent offers a tremendous breadth of materials for  3D Printing, CNC Machining, Casting, and Injection Molding.  We categorize our library as follows: ceramics, composites, metals, natural materials, and polymers.  Please dig into any of the categories of our Material Library by clicking below.

Ceramics have unique thermal properties and high degrees of stiffness.  They are typically, however, extremely brittle. Ceramic material options include crystalline, non-crystalline, glass, and crystalline glass structures.

3Diligent composite material options include metal and ceramic matrices, reinforced plastics, and advanced composites.

Metals are generally recognized as the strongest and most durable of materials. Most common metal alloys can be processed by one metal 3D Printing process or another. 3Diligent material options for metal materials fall into categories of ferrous, non-ferrous, and enhanced metals.

Some materials, such as wood, diamond, and stone, are capable of being machined and, in some cases, 3D printed or injection molded

Polymers are defined by a common shared molecular chain.  They are generally classified into thermoset resin polymers and thermoplastic polymers.  Certain advanced plastics are also broadly considered polymers, although they introduce characteristics from other material families.
