How to Clear Your Cache and Use the Debug Tool

Clear Cache

Step 1: Click one of these links to open one of our websites: 3Diligent.com, myprodex.3diligent.com, myshopsight.3diligent.com, or 3depot.3diligent.com.

Step 2: Click the Settings icon of your browser, then choose More Tools, and from the fly-out, choose Developer Tools or press F12 (key).

Step 3: In the Developers Tool panel, click the Application tab, then click Clear storage in the left sidebar, and then Clear site data on the panel.

Hard Reset of Cache

Step 1: With the Developer Tools panel still open, Control+Click the refresh-browser icon to the left of the URL field.

Step 2: From the drop-down menu, choose Empty Cache and Hard Reload.

Using Developer Tools to Collect Logs

Step 1: Click Network in the Developer Tools panel to collect the API trace.
